Here is a photo from our clean-up this afternoon for the church magazine. 14 September 2014
Margaret (Brock) and myself did a clean-up along the footpath and around the woods from behind Costcutter up to Grove Park. We collected two sacks full of tins, bottles and other various discarded plastics and paper. It was mostly from sweet wrappers and tins of alcohol unfortunately ! We also managed to do the footpath and the hedges behind Sennen Close that runs up to the children's play-ground area. I do truly believe that we need to take care of our environment and relieve nature of all the pollution we subject it to. The earth is home to us all and we should look after it and value it as God would want us to. I hope a few more people will be free to help out at the next one.
